We ask that you please complete the Data Diagnostic prior to your first day.

We have created a closed LinkedIn group where you can chat with fellow course participants, ask questions and keep up to date with any announcements and resources as they are shared.

General Information

What to bring

  • Laptop

  • Access to your student data (e.g. school spreadsheets, ACER logins, NAPLAN portals, and/or school dashboards)

  • Pens

  • Notepad

  • Water bottle

  • Anything else that helps you learn efficiently!

  • Your book packs

Schedule

All days will run with 3 sessions and morning tea & lunch

  • 9:00am - 10:45am - Session 1

  • 10:45am - 11:00am - Morning tea (provided)

  • 11:00am - 12:45pm - Session 2

  • 12:45pm - 1:30pm - Lunch (provided)

  • 1:30pm - 3:00pm - Session 3

Keeping in touch

I will be hosting three one-hour Zoom sessions for all participants. These sessions are optional, and they fall in between the in-person sessions. Ideally, we’d love you to be there with us live, but if you’re unable to join us, you’ll get access to the recording.

    The Education Development Centre (EDC) is, located in Milner Street on the corner of Port Road, Hindmarsh.

    Public Transport

    Bus – # 150, 155 or 157 - (dep. North Terrace) exit Stop 7

    Train – Closest station is Bowden Station

    Tram – free to/from CBD. To EDC - exit Entertainment Centre. (approx 7 minute walk)

    Parking

    Free parking is available in the EDC Car Park located on Orsmond Street.

    The boom gate at the entrance is not operational.

    Additional parking is available at the Entertainment Centre Park ‘n’ Ride.
